SMR SN 3000 series housings are designed for use with spherical roller bearings of series 230. The housings are developed to accommodate bearings with tapered bore and mounted on adapter sleeves suitable for plain cylindrical shafts.
The housings can be used for locating and non-locating arrangements as well as for cross located bearing arrangements. If the housings are meant to be fitted at the end of the shaft, then SMR can supply special end-covers on request. |
